1. Services
Trabigo Cloud provides web hosting, Cloud VPS, WordPress hosting, business email, managed services and voice publishing ("Trabigo Voice"). Services are delivered as described on the website and in the WHMCS client area at client.trabigo.cloud.
Some services require manual activation or setup. Estimated timelines will be communicated after ordering. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
2. Account and Client Area
You must create an account in the WHMCS client area to order and manage services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Trabigo Cloud services for any of the following:
Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam)
Hosting, distributing or transmitting malware, viruses or harmful code
Phishing, fraud or identity theft
Hosting or distributing illegal content of any kind
Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated material
Broadcasting music or audio content without the appropriate licensing rights
Any activity that endangers other customers, our infrastructure or third parties
Denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, published, hosted, streamed or transmitted through Trabigo Cloud services. We do not monitor customer content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Payment and Billing
All fees are as listed in the WHMCS store at the time of ordering. Payments are processed through the available payment methods in the client area. Services are activated upon receipt of payment.
Renewal invoices are generated automatically before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid service interruption.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel services at any time through the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless an immediate cancellation is requested.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees and fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. For refund requests, open a support ticket within 7 days of the invoice date.
7. Service Availability and Uptime
We aim to provide reliable service and strive for maximum uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect service availability. Uptime commitments, where stated, exclude planned maintenance windows.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trabigo International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service in the preceding 30 days.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity we determine to be harmful. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the client area or email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
